This is a sample day of the All-Inclusive FLI LIFE Retreat.

Early Morning – Breakfast, Coffee and Tea Time (optional)
FLI LIFE Morning Activities:

  • Breakfast and Free Time

Late Morning – Keynote / Workshop #1:

  • Example: Joyful Liberation – by guest speaker Nina Ellis-Harvey

Noon – Lunch and Free Time
Activities include:

  • Horseback rides, Jeep tours, rock climbing, zip lining, mini golf, field games, board games, ping pong, foosball, and more!

Early Afternoon – Breakout sessions hosted by FLI LIFE founders & expert guest speakers, on topics such as:

  • Reiki
  • Power Journaling
  • Meditation
  • Tech Hacks
  • Human Connection
  • 7 Chakras
  • Goal Setting
  • Intimacy
  • Manifestation
  • Yoga

Keynote / Workshop #2:

  • Example: A Life of Fulfillment – by guest speaker Kevin Orosz

Late Afternoon – Snack and Free Time
Activities include:

Evening – Dinner and Announcements
