Accommodations are separated by genders (male, female, and gender fluid), so there are very limited options to share with a friend/partner. All accommodations are sold on a per-person basis with all-inclusive entry to the event, so you would need to purchase either two Primitive Camping sites and stay in one tent together, or purchase one Private Cabin plus one other accommodation of your choice and stay in the Private Cabin together. Sharing beds will not be permitted in the shared accommodations (glamping and shared cabins).

This is an “all-inclusive” event including accommodations, food, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, classes, material and activities.

We have covered expenses for horseback riding or a jeep tour, star gazing tour, climbing wall, and zip lining. Other activities include, basketball, tennis, volleyball, field games, pool and water slides. Additional activities are available for purchase from Zion Ponderosa: https://www.zionponderosa.com/recreation-2/.

If you choose a primitive camping accommodation, you need all your camping gear (no tents, cots, sleeping bags, etc. are provided for these accommodations).

Other things worth packing along with you are:

  • Yoga mat
  • Personal hammock
  • Camp chair
  • Headlamp/flashlight
  • Sunscreen
  • Sun glasses
  • Mosquito repellent
  • Chapstick
  • Waterproof shoes
  • Rain gear
  • Warm clothes
  • Extra clothes
  • Gloves

The closest airport is SGU (St. George), but is very limited on flight options and only offers flights from Denver, Salt Lake, Phoenix, Dallas Fort-Worth and Los Angeles.

The next closest airport, with much more flexibility in flight options, is LAS (Las Vegas).

No, there is no group transportation setup. It is your responsibility to get to the venue and upon arrival it’s all on us! The venue is approximately a 90 minute drive from St. George airport and three hours from the Las Vegas airport. Rideshare services and rental cars are available at both airports.

Yes, you will surrender your devices upon check in by sealing them in a storage bag with your name and contact information written on the bag. We will store your devices in a locked Yeti cooler inside the facility offices, secured by armed guards for ultimate protection (ok, just kidding… no armed guards). Surrendering your devices is a critical component to really embracing this retreat—you’ll thank us later!

Allowing you to be fully present and not distracted by selfies, filters and screens is top priority, so we have hired professional videographers and photographers to capture the entire event for you! This content will be shared through social media following the event, through the private Facebook group created for your retreat.
